PenFitS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the PenFitS mobile application and related services.
Information We Collect
PenFitS may collect information you provide when creating and using your account, including your name, email address, profile information, fitness goals, workout information, nutrition information, progress information, messages, testimonials, and other information you choose to provide.
Health and Fitness Information
PenFitS may allow you to record fitness, nutrition, activity, and wellness information. Features that access Apple Health or HealthKit data will only do so with your permission. Health information is used to provide app functionality and personalized fitness features and is not used for advertising.
Location Information
With your permission, PenFitS accesses precise location data to provide Journey walking and running tracking, including recording your route and measuring distance. During an active Journey, location tracking can continue in the background when you switch apps or lock your screen. PenFitS saves GPS route points and Journey activity information to your account so you can review your recorded activities.
You can control or revoke location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location access may prevent Journey tracking features from working. You may request deletion of your location and Journey information by contacting penwheelsnsons@gmail.com.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate PenFitS, provide coaching and fitness services, maintain user accounts, track workouts and nutrition, communicate with users, improve the app, provide customer support, and protect the security of our services.
Sharing of Information
PenFitS does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the app, process authorized services, maintain infrastructure, or comply with applicable law.
