Delete your
PenFitS account

To request deletion of your PenFitS account and associated data, email Penwheelsnsons@gmail.com from the email address used for your PenFitS account. Use “Delete my PenFitS account” as the subject. If you no longer have access to that email address, explain that in your request so we can verify that the account belongs to you. You do not need to keep the app installed to make a request.

After verification, we will delete your account and associated PenFitS data within 30 days, including your profile, progress records, photos, workout and nutrition logs, synced step totals, and coach messages. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Google Play, Apple, or another payment provider; cancel it through the provider where you subscribed.

We may retain payment or transaction records only when required for legal or accounting purposes.  Payment records held by Apple and Stripe are subject to those providers’ retention policies. Deleting your PenFitS account does not delete records those providers maintain. These records will not be used to keep your PenFitS account active.
